It might just be me for $4 but an application that lets you download wallpapers is a little high, if you consider the fact that he didn't create the wallpapers just the application that lets you download it.

doesnt the app manager resolve dependencies automatically with latest fw?

it was worth the price. who wants to manually move images and create textfiles for every set?

I find too, that the price is okay. IF it would work without having to manually install the dependencies.
The miss-aligned text is everywhere, when you want to download the thumbnails for example, the title of the box that comes from the bottom. sorry, I would have made a screenshot, but I've uninstalled it yet.

Maemoers are used to and expect free apps. That's fine. In fact, it's great, but a few bucks/quid/euros here and there is next to nothing if you figure what people spend on WinMo, Palm, Symbian, Android, etc. I do think the dependencies should be included with the download. Why not?

No, it's okay to sell applications.
But maybe you could have made a test version first, which expires after lets say 30 days and uploaded it to extras testing. This way we would have helped you to iron out all the bugs.

Noooo!!
I want support you, and the price is okay!
But I just want to show you, that there is a way to do it better.
Write your app. Make it a "lite" version.
Put it in extras-testing.
Promote it to extras. -> no bugs, everyone happy.
Enable the option to buy it through the program.

Former milton keynes lad me Lived in tattenhoe for 3 years and went school in MK lol. You can still install the file via x-terminal. I have the same issues as many UK users (nokia came kicked us in the nuts...then disappeared) but even without the latest firmware the file can be downloaded and installed. It costs £2.53 for UK users and if you use the n900wallpapers.com frequently like me then this app is worth it! Very fluid, clean and tidy and navigation around the options is simples

well in repo there is WPcreator and it is for free. You can easily make loopable wallpapers as well so I don't think this appl is worth to buy it.

Prismic has a huge library of loopables, etc., "built-in." I think this is an advantage.
