Well im in the UK and have no update? Its not showing in the downloads @ http://tablets-dev.nokia.com/nokia_N900.php

Disable extras-testing, extras-developement repositories and if that doesn't help then reboot and if it doesn't help try to remove software that has been installed from testing/developement repositories.

Use search. Power search is better IMHO.

If you have any extras devel apps installed, uninstall them, disable extras testing & devel repos then reboot then try ota update again

hay guys, quick question, iv got the update showing on my phone, and says to do it using my computer! is this possible with windows 7 64bit??

do i need to clear all programes install on my rootfs??

cheers guys

Do as said above then try doing ota again

dont think that is required i.e. disabling anything as i have had loads of apps from dev installed, and my update went thru fine (or so i think ). and i didnt have to disable the repositories either...

Healthcheck tells me I have about 60mb free on rootfs. is this not enough?

Glad Nokia finally got round to us...can't imagine why they would hold back on certain territories. Had to disable testing and devel AND uninstall a load of stuff to make enough room for it.
