Because I like many symbian features which I couldnt found in N900 And I think N97 is something the lastest symbian phone? Please omit X series. I will not take it. Then if you would be at my place that you have N900 and wanna take a handset then which one you would purchase??
Well. I BET and can BET for sure?? You can compete with me in this BET?

Nobody said there was actually going to be a release at the end of March.
The update in question is 1.2 and it was rumoured to be ready at the end of March beginning of April.
(I don't think anyone is in a position to announce a release date - I imagine the firmware is still being written and tested. As with any software, delays are entirely possible).
Even if this was the case I would rather it was ready "when it's ready" rather than rushing to release it. Even if it means waiting a little bit longer.
Also the release of MeeGo for the n900 will be a development release - it will not be in a suitable state for daily use (AFAIK - I could be proved wrong). Assuming something is released at the end of March.
There is no point in whining about this now - It's not even the end of March yet!
Also, why the sense of urgency? The n900 is perfectly usable.
Until both these things happen I will continue to enjoy using my n900.

Usable it is, fun, not so sure. In a desperate effort to keep rootfs "clean" and spacey in wait for PR 1.2 , I have yet to install anything new since the last minor update. Not only that, I have also removed almost all my apps in an effort to conserve space, resulting in a mere 39MB of free rootfs.
I m aware that it usually needs about 42-3MB in rootfs and I have reasons to believe this update won't be any different=/ (there used to be something about it around the forums if you look hard enough).
