Aquanox maybe. Or Gothic 2. System Shock 2 or Deus Ex 1. I love those games and would play them again and again given the mobility.

In the past, I used to be annoyed with unnecessarily heavy flash UI anyway and I don't play flash games. So, honestly, I don't miss flash on my handset. Moreover, during the first 2 years of iPhone, the fastest handset cpu was ARM11.. which was inadequate for Flash. I think Cortex A8 is the baseline for flash, IF gpu acceleration is enabled;
Maybe I'll change my mind when Flash 10.1 + dual core cortex A8 is in the market

I would pay a decent amount, say, 25E for a port of a game I like. Like WC3 or Startopia. Startopia would rule so much with a touchscreen.
.Also Hard Truck II - King of the Road would be an awesome port. Not very fast gameplay, so playable with the N900's keyboard and very fun too.
