What I want to see in N9:

1. Resistive screen definitely. I want a stylus. Drawing is too fun.
2. Better Processor maybe 1 GHz with support for profiles with dynamic voltages and dynamic speed ie: At night you can set it to low voltage and low MHz for battery.
3. 4 Row Keyboard
4. Flash 10.1 + HTML 5 MicroB
5. Support for Portrait Mode ^_^
6. Less Trolls on the forums
7. Multitouch (It is possible on resistive screens)
8. More apps and games
9. USB Host Mode
10. Better Kickstand.

That's it. That's all that is missing from the N900. IMHO.

Are we dreaming here? Some of the things that are being said here is nothing but wishful thinking... It's already known that the next MeeGo phone (I'm guessing the N9) will have a capacitive screen, no keyboard... but the rest is possible.. Oh and no MicroB anymore.. I believe it's going to be WeibKit based browser.. (It was mentioned before in the forum; search for it)...

Ditto!

I would only change resolution to 1024x600 -- same pixel count, better aspect ratio.

CPU: Cortex-A9 Dual 1Ghz
RAM: 1GB of pure ram, DDR2, no swap
GPU: Power VR SGX545 (35 MPolys/s, 1000Mpx/s@200MHz)

Same resistive touch because i love its accuracy, no real need for multi-touch if it is not feasible on it. Same resolution because it's not like you can see the pixel with your naked nude eyes, and tbh, the current resolution is awesome enough, but adding 16mil colour support with LED backlighting would be a great extra.

and for the keyboard, i love it as it is, adding a row would cramp it up and make it harder to text fast. Ohh yeah, get the battery back to 1500mah.

aaaaannnnd since i am greedy, an 8-12mp camera with HD video recording, and thats about it

for me, 3.7" - 4" is the max, you want something you can hold with one hand when you are calling, plus, the bigger the lcd, the easier to break and crack.

Of course, if you're a lady.

dude, sorry to disappoint you but not all guys have huge hands... i mean i can hold 4" mobiles easily but over that, it's just too huge to become comfortable, and don't forget, how big can your pocket handle? not to mention, you need to have some grip on your mobile so it doesn't fall while calling
