If I ask you how you feel but don't listen nor care, am I better or worse from someone who didn't ask (but maybe even cares)?

There is not enought space for details in 2 SMS messages. And I don't know... why should I reply with a expensive SMS?

I have no N95... I bought a N900!
Nokia, create a webpage where I can enter the feedback.

I reported bugs at Bugzilla with the hope to improve the N900. But with targeting Harmattan, moving to the death end Brainstorm system and resolved as WONTFIX because of internal decitions I don't know for what my feedback is useful...
Nokia had a survey on the N900 (here), unfortunately it looked like it has ended for some reason though.

Was definitely a good way to vent some frustration over things they did wrong, as well as praise them for some things they did right.

Different kind of surveys reach different kinds of people. The SMS based survey may get opinions from people who never visit maemo.org. A two question survey will get answers from those who can't be bothered to fill in the long web-based survey.

What can Nokia get out of a 2 questions survey?

"everything iss good enought, we done everything right, keep on going" ?

I think 2 questions is enough, needs good wording however.

One questions was rate the N900 on whether you would tell your mates (paraphrased) If everyone put 0 as unlikely to tell your friends, you cn't really miss the outcome of the question. People wouldn't tell their mates.

The second one about reasons why you answered the first is asking for a can of whoop *** really, lets be honest. I was constructive and brief but it was still about five texts, so doubt they will even get it. Yeah it cost me a pound but if this questionaire goes to helping target PR 1.3 for example.

Yeah okay I am dreaming but you never know. Stranger things have happened.
