Edit: It now reads the proximity sensor so it won't register a shake while being in the pocket.

so one of my exercise is "curl" if i put put on mydocs curl1.png and curl2.png the images will be in the exercise?

i tried already . .it works :-)

can you change the the folder in one just for your program? as qexercise??bc if I put all the images on mydocs they ll come up on all the images but if you make a folder only for your software I can hide it.

I will do it when I have time. Right now I don't know where to put it but it will come next week I guess.

bc maybe by mistake can happen that we put the wrong weight . .

Well I can add it to the list but it will not be a priority as I have never put the wrong weight in the last weeks and it's more important that all the basic function works.

yep you're right!

by the way i had another update,now i can see in the food section kcal protein carbs and fat . . that's great :-)

I guess in a week your program it s gonna be a must for who workout and take care of their diet!

So you do not want more information? I was thinking about it and I think that you only want to know how much kcal you can eat and not have a limit on the protein, carbs and fat. But I do not know really as I never used a diet program, to small for that

well to have a limit also for protein carbs and fat would be the best,then maybe you can make some diet plan as low carbs - hight protein etc etc
