It's much easier to install from Qole's repository. See the "Tear" link in my signature for details. But note that Tear has a nasty bug -- if you hit DPad left in an edit field Tear may hang. Solution: just don't do it.]

I wish someone would compile the latest Firefox 4 build for Maemo4 (HTML5 and webm support, hello). Sadly I've tried and failed. IIRC Berkely db4 as a build-time dependency and that was too tricky to get working.
