OMG, reminds me of the time Nokia returned my E75 from the repair shop with a MASSIVE scratch on the screen... bunch of f**king knob cheeses

I had an n80 repaired and when it came back it had white dust specks (dandruff?) and a HAIR on the screen! it was both gross and annoying. after a few MONTHS (yes months) the hair dislodged itself from my screen and fell off but it the white speckles remained.

This is what you get for being chicken. If you want something done, do it yourself.

Dont you know that "Made With Pride In The USA" means shoddy work....lol at least id imagine the US will get junk Nokia if they are made state side.

Perhaps you phone went to the US to be fixed given the NokMsft deal ;-0

I highly doubt that. It's usually cheaper to offshore repairs outside the US, which might also help explain the lower quality of repairs. If I were pressed to make guesses, I'd expect the cheapest places that fix things might be perhaps in such undeveloped nations as China, Malaysia, Phillipines, Finland and Ireland.

Okay, the last two are a joke--but I had to jab back a little. Also--might still be true.

Your biggest concern shouldn't be the Made in US sticker. We have to dump all of those lead paint toys from China somewhere.

Take the hint, don't lick your toys.
