Once you know the region it's from you can figure out your warranty process from there....

Or you can lie and say that you bought the phone from the region that the N9 came from, and say that you moved to the U.S. and this happened. Then raise hell about the issue and Nokia USA should do something about it..

Assuming a drop, but from how high, and onto what type of surface, and at what type of angle, case on or off? Details greatly appreciated.
A shattered screen is my biggest fear with this sexy phone. And it looks as though I'm right to be concerned.

I've also got a crack on my N9 - its between the headphone jack and the raised bump to push for the charger cable. The polycarbonate is very very thin there.
