These updates are unlikely to be an indicator of upcoming PR1.2 (although PR1.2 is predicted to be imminent anyway).
Historically, dev mode updates have been decoupled from PR updates, and that team seem to release stuff as and when they wish. Shame it doesn't work like that for everything else though - would be quite good to have built-in app updates release when they want to, rather than having everything come as one lump, although I suppose it reduces the number of permutations the QA/test people have to check against.
