Both. Testers and Store. I don't brake any copyrights. I use an API provided, but not to general public. I had to work hard to access it properly and seamlessly.

It is an option, you can turn ut off and never use it.
But if you do use it, you get a location and time when you tag a song.
It can be shown in a neat map.
Very useful to see places where you here your favorite tracks, albums, artists.

Damn!!! Finally, I don't have to carry my N82 for song id. Getting this will have Viber left as the sole app not released.
