Thanks for trying to help, but I know how to install unrestricted sys-ui, the problem not here...
I don't use MAG's repo (not installed) I installed all stuff manually and problem only with status updater, when I remove status updater, all work correctly..
I downloaded status updater from MAG's repo:
Code:
http://mohammadag.xceleo.org/n9inceptedrepo/pool/non-free/libk/libkqoauth/libkqoauth_0.97.0_armel.deb
http://mohammadag.xceleo.org/n9inceptedrepo/pool/non-free/q/quick-status-updater/quick-status-updater_0.2-2_armel.deb
And I installed it manually:
Code:
dpkg -i /path/to/libkqoauth_0.97.0_armel.deb
dpkg -i /path/to/quick-status-updater_0.2-2_armel.deb
In previous version of system ui (from 17.07.12) I don't have this problem, but with latest yes and I don't understand why...

Hmmm.. maybe this packages need to be incepted ?
Code:
/usr/sbin/incept /path/to/libkqoauth_0.97.0_armel.deb
/usr/sbin/incept /path/to/quick-status-updater_0.2-2_armel.deb

you are spot-on...if you are not going to use MAG's repo then these packages need to be incepted...if you go thro' the file paths you'll see this is actually from his non-free incepted repo so that's why you were having the issue(s)...

yes you need to incept them...its from n9 incepted repo so no repo installed means inception for packages required...

How long till we can edit the carrier tag on the status bar? Would love to turn this "T - Mobile" into "T-Mobile"

I don't think that's high in MAG's priorities at this moment...Also its quite trivial right for just wanting to delete two spaces...I thought someone would say they wanted to change the operator name to a name of their choice...

P.S. Ask MFaroTusino i do remember him fiddling with the operator name when he wanted to add a percentage to the battery level...

thedead1440, Ok I tried this method, but after reboot I still have red icon with save mode..
I uninstall it, reboot and now I don't have save mode
Any other Ideas to instal it correctly without repo ?

EDIT: Maybe it have some other dependencies, not only libkqoauth ?

Sorry mate, not sure of what other method...

However, correct me if I'm wrong but i don't think MAG has updated status updater yet to fix the safe mode error...on his website the last update to it was on 24/07/12 so i think he needs to fix it yet...

Yes, I use this version.. But MAG wrote on the first post of unrestricted sys-ui: "Fixed safe mode showing up after every reboot."
That mean it came from unrestricted sys-ui... And I also don't have this problem on previous unrestricted system-ui (from 17.07.12)
Confused..
