So you can run:

mcetool --set-doubletap-mode=unlock --set-low-power-mode=enabled
To get a Low Power Mode "à la " N9

with 1.19 when i try to install with pkcon or zypper return me an error about something like arm version and blabla

Could you paste in the actual install command you tried and the error response you got?

Don't know of a wiki page, but the long help (mcetool -H) already gives a better idea on many of the functions.
