Ninja have you installed any apps on handset for it to be rebooting as that seems to be common problem with them that some apps have not been tested correctly

Settings/phone/scroll down to Network (doesn't look like it does, but it does) network mode.Scroll is really not good on this one. I think a firmware update is needed.
