Yeah, I was surprised at how terrible Newegg and Amazon's customer service have been with this. Normally they're pretty good.

if you pay the 650 at newegg now do they ship right away or do they put you in line behind the preorders? This seems unfair.

Dell have shipped orders out of sequence and now Newegg is doing the same thing.
This makes the third time I have been one of the first pre-orders and STILL not gotten processed - I currently have 3 friggin orders with 3 different companies and not ONE has been shipped.
