I won't comment on "I have never seen..." part. The libxfont1 is installed on my device and I suppose it is not hard to imagine a scenario in which someone e.g. uploads a package to extras devel that would install malicious bdf font.

edit: Didn't want to sound too harsh or rude (and after rereading this post I feel like I might sound like that).

You parse it perfectly: that is what I had to do with the old version. Another user saw the same. I wondered if it was related to the slowness of the repos appearing in your new version...

Will do. And thanks. Really....

The point was - do you still have to do the same with the version in cssu-devel?

I have absolutely no problems with freemangordon's tweaked HAM so far. I applaud the changes.

Thanks FMG, that was really fast RE job.

I will further focus on the glibc package on short notice, and try to submit a modified citylist db file.

please test and report
I have no idea at present if the following report applies to the stock version:

if my phone is not connected to wifi/gprs and I then connect and open HAM and check for updates, HAM does not show an update present (when one is available, of course ) unless I close it and then reopen. The point of being unconnected is that the auto-update-checker has not worked and found the update; HAM then shows it when opened).

Just me, or.....?
