My problem is not only that the alarms go off, but also this process keeps the screen on until the battery is totally drained (unless I see it and stop the alarms)
So instead of getting 10 days/6 hours of battery, now I'm getting 1 night and that's all as in the morning the alrams go off.
Any help out there?!?!

I wouldn't be surprised if the task of alarms was passed on to another application. Have you checked to see if the alarms are set in the time function? If they are remove them.

I did check the system alarms. Clock, alarm, alarms and found none. So either I have no more or they are not there.

I agree...
They are not there any more, but the alarms continue to go off.
Strange!
I have even re-flash my N810 , restored applications (minus mCalendar) and the alarms are still going off.
Any ideas?

Check /etc/cron.daily. There will be a file named "apt" which I believe triggers checking for updates. Examine any other files as one of them may be the source of your problem.

The data for this is stored in /var/lib/alarmd, including the settings for triggering the auto-update manager, and mCalendar alarms.
