I forgot to mention that I set the maximum CPU frequency to 850 Mhz with:

rootsh echo 850000 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_max_freq | echo ""

And you are using the "ideal voltages" I posted above ?
Cause mine won't boot up when I set MAX_FREQ=850000 in /etc/default/kernel-power

I did - but this seems to be the temp "setting"; after rebooting you have to set it again.

No, it's permanent for me. Even after I reboot the N900. I used titans instructions.

This isn't related in any way. an app can do whatever it want with the LED (and you can change the LED behaviour by playing with mce.ini but I strongly advice AGAINST doing this unless you know what you are doing, since an error in this file result in unbootable device).

With Low Voltage settings (30 30 38 48 48 54 54 54 54 54 54 54 60 72 72) it's booting up fine.
But if I'm trying to lower anything, it's freezing when booting up :I
