Aaa, ok sorry don't saw this. But also i prefer that people try to do it from tweak, because reinstallation of original system-ui do it from tweak via inception..

Thanks. Try again to uninstall all, when it done, try again to reinstall original Sys-ui via: apt-get install --reinstall system-ui. If you success to do this, something wrong with inception, because inception don't allow reinstall sys-ui in this way, only via incept.
After this try again.

And you don't got any errors when it start installation ?
If no, something wrong with inception, because in normal mode inception not allow to reinstall sys-ui by this way.
Go to tweak EE and reinstall/reactivate inception and only after this try to install tweak T again.
Do you have only inception or also open mode?

Schturman,

I'm not sure about this as I'm using open mode but i think mkdir will work only as user not as root...Maybe that's why the permission denied errors for those using inception? I haven't read your script yet so I maybe wrong about this...
