first: landscape (or portrait) mode and switcher menu. Then I rotate phone to portrait for about 1s and back to landscape just before hildon rotate. After all rotate to portrait and you will se transparent gap between title bar and window (or at the bottom if you start from portrait mode). I manage to do it once every 10
I don;t think it is the same bug, your thumbnails are wrongly rotated to portrait while in landscape, but mine are correctly oriented, just not positioned correctly.

Not that your report is less important than mine

yep, correct

EDIT:

If you have a way to reproduce it (albeit not always), could you try to git bisect?

@arcean: the bug is easily reproducible by using the instructions on http://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p...&postcount=320 , could you look at it?

I'm not sure I've never do this before but I wll try in weekend.

For now I tried few different hildon-desktop versions and it seems that
1:2.2.142-12 - doesn't look nice because thumbnails get cuted before rotation but works good
1:2.2.142-13 - there is rotation bug but it's much harder to reproduce it then in the 1:2.2.153-2+thumb0 version

well, If you don't feel comfortable with bisecting etc, you'd better don't waste your time, I guess arcean, silviof and me will manage to track it down.

Thanks!

Try the thumb thread or a new thread even.
Probably camera drivers issue.

Freemangordon,

Could you take the next steps regarding the updated timezone info?

AFAIK the situation is as follows for a some time now:
- cityinfo is placed in SSU gitorious on 13 january, but has not resulted in a package push to any repo
- the updated lib6 has only seen a thumb version on a file depot site

It is al working fine here, so why not have more people test it by putting it in cssu-devel?

Sorry about that, I simply forgot about it

Will upload it to cssu-devel as soon as I get some free time
