I wonder how feasible it would be to eventually run the SPC700 emulation on the C64x DSP? Right now it seems the APU clock cycles are tightly coupled to the PPU...
Are there already any snes9x ports that separate it into a second process?

i have tested the zeemote on all the games it works for the first one or two keypresses and then after that the zeemote just stops working maybe a bug crashing the zeemote i have tested most games same problem any more testing just let me know.i have noticed if i come out the game and press continue on the game the zeemote controls start working again for another 2 oor three keypresses and stops working again.is there a debug file i can send you jav as to what the zeemote is doing just let me know and i can send to you.zee mote works fine in the latest configurator i have it installed although i cant get the battrey meter to show up on the configurator maybe my battreys are dead or low so gonna change them and retest.

why dont u try and test and report wats happening instead of posting every step?

it makes it harder to read thread and find useful information.

sorry cleaned up

We all have this issue. This is due to the fact that javis himself can't test anything since he doesn't have a zeemote. I'll see if i find the time to look at the drnoksnes source myself to fix this.

Have you considered donating one (or better two) zeemotes to javis?

You just have to wait some more time. Battery reports are only sent by the zeemote once in a while.

It would be an interesting research project, but I doubt it would help from a performance PoV. From head, the APU emulation (+ the actual sound rendering) accounts for 10%-15% of CPU time.

By the way, did anyone manage to get any audio out from the C64x? Most probably, you'd have to get the rendered audio back from the DSP and send it to pulse (filters, volume, policy, etc.)

The C55x is another story, since it seems it can output audio directly (dspvorbis managed it?). But then it's harder to code for AFAIU.

Menu -> Open is actually not the same as "Choose ROM". It is for managing save states (yes, you can have multiple save states ).

Indeed the last update has been published more than 24 hours ago. And since then the project seems to be dead. No visible progress for over a day.
