Sorry if this seems a daft question, but had to remove apps to free space to fit the 20mb update. So if this is just a tiny update whats gonna happen when the big one comes along ?

This update enables better compression of the rootfs space, so there is more extra room available. That's probably the reason for this pre-update update.
