Don get me wrong but you shouldn't be so nice I do not know right word for this, but chatting and explaining this bit too much might not be good thing.

Some people just pop here and write their request and questions without reading thread at all.

I think right way to handle these kind of behaviour is to sometimes post simple post where you list things in really short way and do not try to be so kind, just informative. Maybe bigger font and other effects are good. Have some kind of template on your desktop or something. This list could also be on your first post. Use given tools for formatting.
