Electronics ...especially delicate electronics ...go hand in hand with water...
hell ...they are pretty much wave babies ...I have a hard time not using my electronics in ...
the shower
in the tub
washing dishes, in the pool ...
at the beach ...
Electronics and water and people have always had a love affair triangle thingie goin' on...
I say invest.
Definitely a moneymaker...

well we are making leaps and bounds with the understanding of the human genome...
and the talk of altering or customizing people is now a debate...
you may get your wish dave...
the health issues with messing with engineering quick [really untested since it takes nature a loooooong time to make changes adding or discarding ...] severe changes in any organism may be disastrous ...
one thing to get a superfluous modification like a nose ring at the piercing store..
a completely different ball of wax modifying the base structure of the human body to have a ring of noses...
But most certainly as a species...we have been toying with eugenics ...
and now have the ability to create designer people...custom tailored...
I think being solar powered wouldn't be a bad thing...
charge my own laptop...
just pull out my multi-purpose charge-port dongle
