if its true, what eldar is insinuating, then it would be one of the biggest SEC investigations in US history. theres no way Elop would get away with devaluing stock 40% (purchase price is based on market cap and a % over the current value of the company stock) and then selling it to a company whose stocks he hasnt completely divested himself from.
