THE DEVICES THAT ARE SOLD THROUGH THE DDP DO NOT HAVE WARRANTY. If the device that you receive is defect, you can return it within one (1) week from the purchase with a written note explaining what the defect is.

The lack of warranty seems weird to me ... I mean, if the unit is defective, you would expect Nokia to fix or replace it, regardless of a discount.
This is more like we're getting a good price because we're buying on the gray market than because we're valued.

Because you're getting it at a discounted price and through DDP meaning you're only using the device for development.
I doubt Nokia will fix or replace the device. If they do, everyone would be buying from DDP and not at retail price.
