Thanks !

The result: NSU halted on Estimated time left: 1 seconds. As adviced I just unpluged N900 from usb and then N900 shut down. I just started it again and it started asking normal timezone settings etc.. and after that I continued whit NSU. Now it said that I have latest firmware! Fine!

NSU just crashed - so typical to Nokia Windows application. It can't be a bug it's a feature

The alarm in calendar and taks was a great improvement.

For version number: Settings, About product.

i did loose quite a bit of rootfs (more then 10MB) with the upgrade
And this time it was already very hard to upgrade because of that so i am getting afraid of the 1.2 release!

There are probably better ways, but first one that came to mind is opening the uninstall dialogue in app manager. You see maemo in the list and version after that

Does this update fix the mfe issue with exchange certificates that have an empty CA field?

i.e. is there an option to ignore it and use the certificate anyway, as with other phones?

If not, is it ever likely to be addressed?

You'd be better addressing this to the MFE thread. I don't recall any mention of this being planned to be fixed for PR1.1 though.

device updated, ms exchange sync works!!! ..... but here are my issues:
1) the update using the Software Updater actually "failed"... in the sense that the sw update stalled. After 30 mins I had to kill it crossing my fingers. At the reboot of the phone, however, everything was updated as expected.
2) exchange works only for emails, while trying to sync calendars and tasks it just hangs (for more than 20 mins), so I had to disable that bit.

Anyway this phone is becoming really great, thanks!!!!
