After upgrading the theme you must FIRST go and select black plastic theme to use from phone's themes (or use the option in setup panel to activate it). After that you can run the setup without having to select plastic theme every time. Setup will detect if you have black plastic as active theme when you launch

Have you previously edited gtkrc manually? If so, it will break up the font changer.
Try to uninstall the theme using app-manager, then run this in xterm:
sudo gainroot
rm -rf /usr/share/themes/blackplastictheme-themedir
Then install the theme again and see if the font changer works.

I even don't know what gtkrc is. So, no, i didn't edited the file. I will try installing again....

I made possible to use any font installed to your phone. It's not my fault if you have only similiar looking fonts installed...
Also remember that changing font requires restarting the phone after you have hit the save -button.
