@eefo - usr/share/icons/hicolor/48x48/hildon/statusarea_battery_full and also usr/share/icons/hicolor/scalable/hildon/statusarea_battery_full

It's OMWeather with custom icons and using custom widget style settings.

I created my own icon set for it, but everything else is done in widget.

your icon look perfect on Awoken icon set that i using right now...
