No Problem..

So I take you were able to install it, reboot, and boot from MMC correct?

The 60mb is probably the FAT partition.. if you had a raw diablo with no added packages your 2gb card will actually have like 1.3gb left... run "df -h" in a terminal and your / should show 1.3 or so GB..

make sure when you reboot you are not plugged in.. the device doesn't fully shut off when it's plugged in.

something doesn't add up, the internal card says that it has only 408 kb used and 60.4mb total size and 60mb left so something isn't adding up. even the device went down in memory, i reinstalled the diablo to the device and tried to follow the install tools steps. beyond my knowledge lol.

I think you missed the boot menu at start up, it sounds like you just booted back into internal memory. Try watching the screen at reboot and press 'menu' when it says, and then you can boot off a card.

ok i tried ericdkirk's advice and that was a new direction for me, the memory for the device shot up to 389.1MB and the internal card is still at 60mb, it says total size is 60.4mb then 408kb in use then available is 60mb does that sound right? it booted i assume from the card atleast thats what i chose at the boot menu screen.
