Hello guys i am from greece and i am using an unlocked n9 from orange, i am triying to update to 1.3 but also the device and the ovi suite cant find any updates , is there any way to update it?

that means you already have pr1.3 with a higher pr legacy than 001...

I managed to get my N9 stuck in 'boot loop'.
After a lot of trawling, I came across this guide. Well written, easy to understand and best of all, my phone is now working again!
My previous phone was a Nokia N8, I found the process with Phoenix was complicated and not always reliable.
Flasher.exe - Simple!
