Im on 2.6.28-maemo27 with settings 0.10, sorry if this is a stupid question but is this v27 or v28. Anyway myconfig now loads with the selected govenor, i had a couple of hangs after upgrade but after reboot everything seems fine, would be cool if in future we could avoid freqs and set upthreshold and sample rate (by the way do you know what these are set at with conservative and powersave?) it will help for comparison, Ill post back if i have any issues, but touch wood everything seems fine atm.

my latest......so far.....OC desktop.

the 6 buttons are what i usually use to test on my n900, and no problems. cant really get the starving settings to work properly

in any case, its awesome! my 2 themes also helped me in arranging the widgets and shortcuts to a perfect fit on an overcrowded desktop.

hi! i just installed the new updates of maemo28 and v0.11 and as i write this reply, ideal settings is currently active. and no problems so far....

i will report any problems. im still using the same codes for OC (/usr/sbin/kernel-config load or limits). i will continue to search the thread if there are changes and update to those.

im currently in the leaked PR1.2, havent tried the deinstallation kernel app since overclocking is so awesome and i havent get any reasons of uninstalling the OC kernel

I installed v 28 of the kernel and my desktop keeps crashing. I get internal errors for Application, Media Player, etc. What is the best way to reinstall 27?

EDIT:
BTW, is there a DBUS action for readding widgets? I hate readding all my QBW widgets everytime hildon-home crashes.

EDIT:

Also not on PR1.2.

here is the /etc/pmconfig
Code:
enable_off_mode 1
sleep_while_idle 1
sr_vdd1_autocomp 0
sr_vdd2_autocomp 0
clocks_off_while_idle 1
voltage_off_while_idle 1
scaling_governor ondemand
scaling_max_freq 1100000
scaling_min_freq 250000

To go to back kernel version 27, download following files
http://repository.maemo.org/extras-d...mo27_armel.deb
http://repository.maemo.org/extras-d...mo27_armel.deb
http://repository.maemo.org/extras-d...mo27_armel.deb
and install them with dpkg -i file (with root rights) in the same order.

Thanks goes to Titan!
