The imagination consoles people about what they cannot be

Hi, my name is Kurt Bihler. I just joined Maemotalk. I have had many Symbian Nokia phones, as well as an N770, N800, and now an N900 which I won at the Chicago N900 Meetup.
I have along history in the computer field going back to the early 1980's when I worked for a small Japanese computer company called SORD Computer.
I used to host the Joliet Linux Users Group on my company servers.
I am really impressed with the N900, the conglomerated communication theme is a true milestone.
Once the iPhone loving reviewers are finished saying the N900 isn't exactly like an iPhone, and people dig a little deeper, I predict it will be a milestone in computer history.
Cheers

My N900 GPS doesn't work at all. Neither the network, or the internal. I have tried one or the other separately, No dice, just searching. The Location Server is supl.nokia.com
My geotagged videos on Qik show me being in Spain ...
I have a Nokia bluetooth GPS unit that I will try to pair with the N900 today. We will then see if it is hardware or software.
