Even so.
I sent them an email several days back and didn't receive a reply - had to go to the webchat thing to get any response.

Yes I can confirm that - I sent a mail to them, and then forwarded it on again, requesting an answer, and then again, and finally a mail complaining about their lack of response

Oh FFS, they should send that out to everyone!! I sent them an email via their enquiry form back on Monday I think, maybe even last friday (can't quite remember!) and still haven't heard anything!

I love the veiled suggestion that our constant emails/phone calls are somehow slowing down the process. I mean, they DON'T HAVE the devices, it's not as though our constant badgering is somehow preventing them from stuffing them into packages and sending them off to us.

I read that more as a reason they had been ignoring Edgedemon's previous emails.

Yep

I cut and pasted their statement on their website. The one on their attention to customer service and how they would always reply as fast as possible to any queries

Nokia just announced the N900 is now delivering (That is handed to customer immediately after payment)......... If you have a total of 15 fingers on the hands!
