In Nokias patent application there was stated that also screens/windows can be coated. And when you think about it, why not?
Polycarbonate has been used in screens forever because it's transparent. And after diamond coating (thickness less than 100 nanometers) it becomes scratch resistant and extra slippery.
If Nokia could use polycarbonate instead of gorilla glass it would make phone lighter and maybe thinner also.

swiping: yes, a little bit like this, but not that nice animated, its "just" swyping around
multitasking: i think there will be a special gesture (like swype from the right bezel into the screen) to swype into a live grid view of the open apps... and maybe if you swype from the right bezel into the screen, you get the main menu (or viceversa)

wasn’t the new strategy to announce a device when it’s ready and release it short after? Lets say 4-6 weeks. But 2-3 month after announcement?!

2-3 month after announcment without any delay is fast
