Btw, this testing was done using a completely different method than what is posted in the email from maemo, so... If you keep trying it at the online shop URL that was sent to us, it will most likely never work. Further details will be sent when the US shops are ready to make transactions via the code.

Canada now has a coupon code field... but still refuses both of them...

Hi all, I've been watching this thread with great anticipation. I have, at times, shared many of your frustrations with the whole affair, but I work for a large company myself, and have had to bite my tongue more than once when seemingly simple tasks drag on for weeks.

Anyway, it appears that the wait is over for us Canadians!

After reading R-R's post I decided to try the Canadian online store. I found the coupon field and after entering my coupon code, it was accepted!!

My order was processed and an email confirmation is in my inbox. Now I only have to wait to find out how long the delivery will take...

Here's hoping for similar results for other Canadians, and with luck, for those of you south of the border shortly as well...

Can you post a link? When I log in to http://store.nokia.ca/ all I get (other than HUGE delays as the page loads) is the N800. The N810 used to be listed, but I can't find it anymore.

nice, us Americans are STILL out in the cold. I've never hated LetsTalk.com any more than I have in the past three weeks, and I used to sell cellphones at a small stand inside Sam's Club.
