I'd like to ask council. Why I do not see new release (v47) of kernel-power in package pages?

I'd like to ask council. Why I do not see new release (v47) of kernel-power in package pages?
http://maemo.org/packages/view/kernel-power/
http://maemo.org/packages/view/kernel-power-modules/
http://maemo.org/packages/view/kernel-power-flasher/
http://maemo.org/packages/view/kernel-power-bootimg/
All packages (v47) are in repository and installing via HAM or apt-get working file, see:
http://repository.maemo.org/extras-d.../kernel-power/
Next, I promoted old version v46 to extras-testing. It is visible is my log activity on http://maemo.org/packages/view/kernel-power/
But after weeks it is still not in extras-testing. Why?
Is there any bugs? Or why kernel-power on package page has problems?
