ok, so i reinstalled the ocean blue again fresh so that i could take some screen shots for you, hope they help.
this is all under the ocean blue theme.
i did notice, btw, that after the uninstall, i still have the splash MeeGo in blue show up.
and this is the 4.7 version.
hope they help.
i have just uninstalled it again, so far all seems to work fine.

i am not total noob, and have transfered the complete files before reinstallation with reboots in between to be sure it is completely reset.
the ocean blue was the same as the original regarding the color wash you see in the pictures.
