Yes recently added after yappari.

How do i check the permissions?

Then I have no clue what could be wrong. Try quitting Yappari completely (no blue icon in your systray), delete that file, start Yappari again, force sync, then quit again completely, start it again and see if your contacts are still there.

Send me the log to see if I can see something but that's very weird and I probably don't know what you can do.
