It seems that new maps are released for Symbian (source italian nokioteca blog http://www.nokioteca.net/blog/2015/0...a-v0-2-54-223/). Maybe there is hope for us.

I don't know if they ended support for N900 or Nokia Suite doesn't work after the migration anymore, but I was not able to download offline Map files via PC to my device. It failed 3 times.

there was a recent update to nokia suite try that
or try latest pc suite
anyway i got the latest maps i.e july 2013 if i remember correctly backed up just in case

I have the latest suite. Maybe it was just an unlucky day for me therefore the download failed again and again. I did not try after that because while looking into the matter, I accidently deleted the Ovi Maps binaries from my phone. And I can't figure out how to install the App again. But I'm gonna flash the phone anyway since I messed it a little too much. :P

I tried to update, but the download failed after the first country was finished, now it shows me "all maps are up to date" :-(
