Eldar is not leaking anything, he's cooperating with Nokia and other companies. If you follow his twitter he needs the green light before posting.

If companies are upset with him or if he got phones illegally, he would have been sued and in jail long ago. Trading prototype phones is illegal.

Companies can always confiscate all the protos from him, then what will Eldar write? He's working hand in hand with these companies and are are probably paid by them.

Perhaps.....however, it just seems strange to entertain him with all these interviews then cry foul at the same time. When is the last time some Nokia VP graced the halls of maemo.org (ITtalk) and gave anyone an interview?

Ari Jaaksi is a VP, he was interviewed last year in TabletBlog and had a dinner with council members, ITT founders and some bloggers at the Desktop Summit.
