Just noticed NewEgg has N900, apparently NOS, for $229.99, free shipping in the US, 90 day warranty. Hmm.

You know if you guys spent as much time emailing complaints about a fraudulent seller to Ebay as you did complaining about this scumbag on TMO he might get his comeuppance.
Also, buy his most expensive stuff then say you do not want it. If you are in the UK distance selling regulations apply to 'buy-it-now'. This way he will lose his listing fee and quite possibly be charged the selling fee. Then leave negative feedback. Then complain about him. Then do it again.
