#3 mosen, for a nice looking dinner of brats and "something in foil" which I'm guessing is veggies.

Absolutely. And though it is deemed "hipster" to grow your veggi as a private person, i am not shy in bragging with my (rented) field as the source of the zucchini

Anyone willing to help me on one of my projects? I need to manipulate an image, crop couple of faces, add them to the base image, make them a bit transparent and resize them. I have only used paintshop on windows years ago and now using Gimp but just can't figure out how to edit the layers/imaged I paste on the base image. I understand it would be something like using different layers and then merge in the end but just can't make it work. So not a big or difficult job but just don't get it. If someone can chat with me on pm I would appreciate.

Or suggest easier image editor to use on stuff like this.

When you paste a "new layer" in gimp, it gets merged to the background automatically when you release it, if you do not explicitly right-click on the "layer" (in layer overview window) and select "to new layer".

More hints anytime.
