a) When I write a new SMS with my keyboard I don't get an mouse pointer when swiping from left to right
b) in existing conversation when swiping from left I get mouse pointer. In order to select text I first need to tab on the pointer (gettin red line) otherwise it will not work.
c) holding down for copy does not work for me if I have just portion of text selected. Only works without mouse pointer and holding down on all of the text.
Is this correct or am I doing something wrong?

I wrote in another thread that I used iPhones for only about 15 min in my life (10 were fishing) but where Apple seems to be way better is plain usability: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pHT6DHRc80k
Nokia should cut and paste that from Apple :-)

Also, if you drag your finger across the text, it will be highlighted w/out mouse. Then holding down on it, the option to copy is there. The mouse option is really cool, especially when using it on sites like speedtest.net, where a mouse is needed, unless you are running a speedtest java app.

If I've mentioned you visit extras-devel or extras-testing and it's your first foray into this area, please read the following:

and FYI - dont be a n00b and copy and paste commands into the Terminal with out knowing what it doe's and what you'll need to do to correct any problems.
