There's now new theme called "Sumea-mer" available. It's based on liberty-mer and it has New icon theme based on Oxygen Icons, another wallpaper by wazd andsome dirty tricks to fix some fremantle related things that aren't yet added to the offical layout.

Other Features:
* Bigger X button in task switcher
* Dialogs are not touching the screen edges
* Buttons in the bottom border, now have correct theming while pressed
* Quick-switcher now correctly themed

Screenshots:

Please note, that this theme is not made the usual way and it doesn't follow the layout 100%. Some things, quick-switcher theming for example, is impossible or really hard to do the usual way (at the moment of posting this). And i don't really like the idea of editing a big image file, that has everytihng inside it.

I've uploaded a replacement VMDK, which fixes the FS/disk problem.

New MD5 is: 3b49e1f2d37050ed344ec3f4620f8309

I made one (as instruction in the installation guide) but it really looks like Mer doesn't use it ...
And I can't check because it crashes before I have time to launch xterm ...
Any idea ?
My type is the swap partition ? I created it with sfdisk and I suppose it is the default linux type (83 ?) Is that right ?

Thanks

Thanks I changed the partition type to 82 and I mkswaped it under SO2008HE
but still no joy ...
It looks like the desktop is crashing ... and then I only have the nice background and can't do anything except take out the battery !
Any idea on what I should/could check ?

I wonder how is it I can't mount the Mer Partition under OS2008HE after it has been booted once ?

Thanks

Fred

You probably need to reinstall the Mer image to make it restart the first-boot-wizard - which scans for swap partitions.

OK I'll try that ...
I suppose the installation guide should be amended if it works

I must be the only one with this problem. My N800 with Mer 0.11 doesn't show the on screen keyboard after clicking inside a text entry field within any webpage while using Midori. Any suggestions on how to resolve this? The keyboard pops up everywhere else.

No, it's a known issue. We need to compile a webkit with HIM support, it'll come
