I'll take it anyway! I'm sure it can drive a big display :-)

Screen size may well be a showstopper for many people.
When I saw that in the spec my heart sank...

You realise that T-Mobile tie in is only relevant to the US and there is an entire planet out here?
Just buy an unlocked non-subsidised model - like any other phone that has ever existed.

t-mobile exists in the uk too, and if that particular tie-in is just for the usa, that usually means some other partner here in the same way.
that also usually means that "an unlocked non-subsidised model" is hard to come by for quite some time (unless you live in France I believe) and is also a damn sight more expensive!
Personally, i don't think I care anymore. I'm happy with a very small phone and a separate larger (4 inch) screen device to browse the net and watch vid content. If I wanted a phone in this form factor I'd have hopped on the iPhone bandwagon a long time ago. I'm just really, really disappointed that Nokia are hopping on it now and it seems doubly foolish for them to have waited such a long time to do it too.
From innovators in the NIT form factor they are now imitators in the iphone class, in which apple has a wild head start.
The only funny thing to possibly come out of this will be an apple iTablet to come out very soon, taking the NIT form factor and fixing all the software probs, and then to see Nokia take another 18 months chasing that tail...
