Can someone explain the different between the Unlimited Web and the Total internet access? I just made a HUGE mistake today by switching to the new plan and my internet service stopped working. I used to have the t-zone for $5 and now I am forced to have the Web2Go which does not work so well with my N95 and is asking me to upgrade in order to access certain sites. I understand the Web2Go is the upgraded version of the t-zone but I don't expect it to be giving me so much trouble.
Those that upgraded with the Unlimited Text+Unlimited Web package, do you experience any problem connecting online? I just have the Unlimited Text and added the $10 unlimited Web and things are goddam slooooowww. HUGE mistake by switching. I may probably have to switch to the 500+Unlimited Text + Unlimited Web package....
I just missed my old plan.

try to change your settings in the internet connection settings.
tmo is working to get imei verification that will automatically detect if you are using a non-supported device and will eventually force those people to go from the $20 total internet package to the currant $25 plan.
tmobile 3g settings
epc.tmobile.com
tmobile internet settings
internet2.voicestream.com
if you have a 3g compatible phone on tmo, and only had the tzones, you could (not sure about within the last couple of months) change the settings and access the network!
worth a try. you have a 95, so you should know how to change the settings.
for all of us on non-supported devices, be warned that you may be getting a sms letting you know that you have an un-supported device and will be automatically upgraded to the advanced data package or call 611.

Well, I got talked into switching my existing Tzones to the new plan by the Sales Rep and said I will save 5 bucks each month.... and all the sudden, no more web access. Called them up, i need to pay extra 8 bucks to be able to access to the web like before... I told TMO, no thanks, give me back my tzones (5.99) cos I know they dont offer tzones anymore. Glad they willing to revert back to my old plan. and now i get back all my web access.
Well, i got two lines, one with the tzones and one with the new plan. I dont see any differnet with the speed when both accessing the web.

You got your old plan back? They told me they can't do that for me... what did you tell them?

So do you have the Unlimited Web + Text package or a separate Unlimited Web for $10?
