Oh ok...
try the following steps under Win 7 Kevven;
1) Open Windows Media Player
2) Click the 'view full screen button' (normally bottom right) OR click 'Go to library' to make Windows Media Player turn into its library view.
3) Click the 'Stream' option.
4) Choose 'Automatically allow devices to play my media'
5) Done.
If you want you can also set up more streaming options (name of your DLNA network etc.) and even allow you to share your library over the net from your computer to another PC. Which seems to require a Windows Live Login.
