It depends on the number of dead pixels. Most companies usually have a minimal requirement before its deemed a failure.

i didn't vote but mine has battery problems, also the web browser blacks out sometimes but thats probably a firefox problem.

I did almost everything, stoped wi-fi searching, disabled the gps, removed facebook from the desktop.
i read somewhere that the e-mail app is draining too much power so I just removed all of my mail boxes, I will wait and see.
